FieldFrameApp.com ("we", "us") is owned and operated by C&D Holdings 2 LLC (D‑U‑N‑S: 049727796). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Basic contact details you provide (name, email) when you reach out.
• Technical data (browser, device, IP) for security and analytics.
• Service data during pilots (job/photo metadata) needed to operate FieldFrame.
• Job photos, which are stored in your own Google Drive account.

Google Drive Integration & AI Processing

Your job photos are stored in your own Google Drive account, which you control. When you generate an AI estimate, our backend temporarily processes your photos — downloading them from your Drive and sending them to our AI provider (Anthropic) for analysis — but does not permanently store copies of your photos on our own servers.

FieldFrame's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

• Provide, secure, and improve FieldFrame.
• Communicate about updates, security, and support.
• Comply with legal requirements.

Sharing

We don't sell personal data. Limited sharing with processors (hosting, analytics) under contract.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards; no online service is 100% secure.

Subscription & Payment Information

Payment information is processed securely by Apple. FieldFrame does not store credit card details. Subscription status and billing information are managed through Apple's systems and your Apple Account.
